Until you love self first you can't possibly love someone else.

It seems like most of us go through life seeking love in so many places. We invest time and sweat to keep something that we think truly makes us happy. It's always easier for us to create this illusion of  what we think love is but love is something that most of us misunderstand. Love isn't something you seek but find within yourself first. Without that self-discovery, the love you claim you give out isn't real love after all but love with no substance. So, in reality what your giving out is misleading to the other person. Love isn't something that cures all your personal problems away. You can't hide behind it because eventually the truth will come out,which is the lack of love you give yourself. Imagine giving someone a hug without  touching, empty isn't it? Well, that's exactly what your doing. So, how do you become true to yourself and the other person you allow to enter into your life,let it be family,friends or relationship. Simply by taking the time to know who you are. You need to become in love with yourself first. Yes, in love. Surround yourself with your inner love and acceptance and watch how quickly your views change with what love truly means to you.
